Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Any items that are worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).
  3. Package the Item: Place the item in its original packaging, including all tags, and ensure it is securely packed.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
